Banana Bunny Pops

What you need:

  • 4 bananas
  • 8 Ice-pop sticks
  • Wax paper
  • Cupcake liners
  • 6 oz candy melts
  • Jumbo sprinkles
  • Flower foam

How to make it:

Cut a banana into 2-inch pieces, insert an ice-pop stick into each piece and repeat until you finish. Place them on a wax paper covered sheet and freeze for 5 minutes.

For each pop, cut two 1-inch long skinny ovals from the ribs of a cupcake liner; crease the middle to make the ears. Set aside.

Pour candy melts into a bowl and microwave following the instructions in the package until smooth.

Remove pops from the freezer, take one banana, dip it in the candy, let excess drip and add jumbo sprinkles for the eyes and nose. Slide the ears behind the head and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. To present upright, press each sticks into a piece of fabric-covered flower foam (make holes first).
