Mom worked while I was growing up in Mexico, so she knew how to prepare breakfast quickly. This breakfast, called energético, brought joy to my heart as I ran to the table as a child.

It's with that same joy I share this breakfast hack with you. I love the crispy freshness and fragrance of the fruit and the milky mellowness of the creamy topping. But most of all, I love the crunchy granola, made from golden raisins, Cheerios, and a few other special treats.
