- 1-2 Roma tomatoes washed
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1-2 serrano peppers*
- Fresh cilantro to taste washed
- 3 medium avocados washed
- 1-2 key limes washed
- Salt to taste
Get Recipe Ingredients
Finely chop tomatoes, onion, serrano peppers and cilantro. Combine.
Peel and cut avocado.
In a bowl, combine tomato mixture with avocado, the juice of one lime, and salt. Taste it, you can add a little bit more lime juice if necessary.

* I usually chop the peppers and leave them on another plate, that way I can just serve them to those who like spicy foods. If you don't like spicy food, you can omit them, the flavor of the guacamole will change a little but it still will be great!
If you are not eating it right away, I recommend covering it with plastic, making sure the plastic is touching every inch of the top surface. This way it will keep its vibrant green color.
